At Laser and Build Boutique, we make ordering easy and straightforward. Here’s how it works:

  • Step 1: Choose What You Want

    Not sure exactly what you need? No problem! Browse our website for inspiration or reach out if you have something specific in mind. Whether it’s a personalized gift, custom signage, or wholesale order, we’re happy to help you find the perfect piece. If you're requesting a fully custom design, a design fee may apply based on complexity.

  • Step 2: Proof & Approval

    Once you've finalized your order, we’ll create a digital design proof for your approval. This ensures everything looks exactly how you envision before we begin production. If changes are needed, this is the time to let us know! Please note that we do NOT provide physical proofs.

  • Step 3: Production Begins

    After approval, we get to work! Our standard production time is 5-7 business days, though this may vary depending on order volume, holidays, and custom complexity. Once your order is ready, we carefully package it and send it on its way. Please note that shipping times are beyond our control once the package is with the carrier.

  • All sales are final. However, if there’s an issue with your order, contact us at info@lbbandco.com.

  • If you need your order by a specific date, reach out before purchasing to confirm availability.

  • We do not offer refunds for shipping delays.
