Custom Artwork Disclaimer
By submitting artwork, the customer certifies that they own the rights to the design or have obtained permission from the rights holder to reproduce it. Laser & Build Boutique is not responsible for verifying copyright or trademark ownership. Any legal responsibility for use of submitted artwork remains solely with the customer.
We also reserve the right to decline any order if we believe the artwork may infringe on copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights, or if it contains hate speech, discriminatory language, or offensive imagery.

Proof & Approval Process
For all customizable products that include a proof, a digital proof will be emailed to the email address provided at checkout within 1–3 business days of purchase.
Once the proof is sent, you will have 48 hours to review and either approve it or request changes. If we do not receive a response within that 48-hour window, we will move forward with customization exactly as the details were provided in your order.
If any design selections or decisions are required, and no direction is given within the review period, we will proceed using our professional judgment to complete your piece.
Please be sure to check your email (including spam or junk folders) so approvals aren’t missed.
Shipping Policy
At Laser and Build Boutique, we strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Most non-custom items ship within 1–3 business days.
For custom or personalized orders that require a design proof, production timelines are dependent on proof approval. Proofs are sent within 1–3 business days, and production begins after the proof is approved (or after the 48-hour review window has passed). Because of this, these orders will ship after approval, not within the standard 1–3 day window.
For larger or highly customized orders, processing times may vary. In those cases, we’ll reach out directly with an estimated ship date so you know exactly what to expect.
Back-ordered items typically ship within 5–7 business days. If a longer delay is anticipated, we’ll contact you promptly with an updated timeframe.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information via email. If you have a specific timeline or delivery date in mind, feel free to reach out before placing your order—we’re always happy to help.
Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Please note: Custom and personalized orders are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
To be eligible for a return on non-custom items, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at info@lbbandco.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 48 hours if your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
